#BeActiveTogether International Sport Camp in Thessaloniki
From October 12–15, 2025, Thessaloniki, Greece, hosted the international #BeActiveTogether Sport Camp, an inspiring event dedicated to promoting inclusion, physical activity, and friendship through sport. The camp gathered over 50 participants, including 40 persons with intellectual disabilities, coaches, social workers, and project coordinators from Bulgaria and Greece.
The #BeActiveTogether project aims to promote inclusion and socialization for individuals with intellectual disabilities through athletics, offering them opportunities to participate in national and international sports activities. By developing innovative tools like the #BeActiveTogether guide, the project equips sports experts with practical methods to use sports as a means of empowerment and integration.
